We work with house owners, tenants and letting agents and we are familiar with the professional cleaning standards required at the end of a tenancy.

For end of tenancy cleaning we always recommend to include professional carpet cleaning, windows cleaning and pressure washing (where applicable). Please note that above services can be included or excluded from the price on request.

For end of tenancy cleaning, we do not have an hourly rate. All jobs are priced according to task. The price will depend on size of the property and also the condition and materials used.

We offer full and free estimation. Following the successful quotation we provide a comprehensive professional cleaning service.
